An ambitious venture in a developing city, with a Commercial Block consisting of a fifty-key Business Hotel, two-screen Complex and a Shopping Mall. Four residential towers for the rear part of the complex. Providing state-of-art services and facilities to all the residents without the display of opulence to maintain parity with the neighborhood was of prime importance.
Optimization was important, and was achieved by design economization and adaptive use of traditional features. The landscaped greens further bring about homogeneity between the building masses.
