The project aims to set an example for the development of an integrated neighborhood, setting the standard for such developments in Tier-2 cities.
Different sized plots were created for residential design along with an adjoining green area.
The commercial zone lies facing the highway and not only creates high-visibility and imageability for the project, but also acts as a noise & pollution buffer, shielding the township from the expressway.
The site is planned in a manner that the green spaces are interspersed all through the residential network, creating a cheerful and vibrant atmosphere.
