The 42-acre campus was envisaged to be completely developed in a five-phase process, spanning ten years, but the master plan had to be prepared in such a manner that during each phase the three-pronged process of production, warehousing and logistics could take place unhindered.
Thus, evolved the programme for a phase wide development, keeping in mind the logistics of the industrial process, infrastructure cost involvement and sustainability issues.
