The buildings were most likely to become landmarks due to their volume; thus, special care was taken during the planning and façade rendering of the buildings to ensure that they don’t create visual pollution by being a mechanical built mass, amidst the predominantly low-rise neighborhood that it is situated in.
The Labyrinthine landscape designed, creates the propaganda for the buildings which were in turn characterized with the varying fenestrations and colour palette, forming the façade, which is compelling, dynamic and spirited.
