Set amidst a predominantly low-rise neighborhood, special care was taken during planning and façade rendering to ensure that as the buildings were most likely to become landmarks due their volume, they did not create visual pollution by being monotonous built masses.
Hence, intricately designed landscape created the buildup for the buildings which were in turn delineated with verifying fenestrations and colour palette, forming the façade which is dynamic and interesting.
